Medical acupuncture is a therapeutic modality involving the insertion of fine needles. The Bright Centre uses an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture using current knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology, and the principles of evidence based medicine. Practitioners combine areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help rebalance the mind and body. An acupuncture treatment always begins with a massage to ensure you are feeling relaxed and to identify the areas that need the most healing. Acupuncture can be used to treat 1000s of symptoms including; muscular tension, joint issues, migraines, insomnia, hayfever, mobility, back pain, anxiety, stress, tinnitus, improve IVF outcomes and much more.
