Unmasked was created for people who’ve spent years navigating life in survival mode - masking, compensating, and trying to be “consistent” by sheer force.
 

Across 8 weeks, we’ll help you understand your neurobiology, soften the internal pressure, and build a life that feels safe, sustainable, and authentically yours.

Understand your brain–body patterns

Learn why your nervous system responds the way it does, how stress and masking shape your daily experience, and what your unique patterns reveal about your needs, limits, and strengths.

Reduce emotional and cognitive burnout

Build tools to calm overwhelm, regulate your nervous system, and create more spaciousness in your mind and body - without relying on willpower or pushing through.

Build more regulated routines

Develop gentle, sustainable routines that support your natural rhythm, reduce friction, and help you move through your days with more ease and predictability.

About Tanya Bright

After discovering the neuroscience behind nervous-system regulation, masking, hormones, and emotional overwhelm, Tanya realised what so many neurodivergent adults had been missing: they were not “inconsistent” or “too much” - they were dysregulated, unsupported, and misunderstood. This insight became the foundation of her signature approaches and the creation of her 8-week programme, Unmasked.
