TANYA
BRIGHT
Hi there my name is Tanya Bright, founder of The Bright Centre, where I offer unique services through my various expertise of the mind and body. Let me quickly share an overview of my story with you.

I've always known I have been placed on this earth for a greater purpose and it took me along a very varied career path to understand my purpose until the point where it all came full circle and all the dots connected.

I began my career in Public Relations & Marketing in 2009. Alongside my Bachelors degree I studied fitness and the body and worked in the fitness & wellbeing industry.

It was through my part-time job (at that time) in fitness that led me to understand how much people struggle with their minds and their mental health and this was the source, for most people, as to why they didn't like, for example, what they saw when they looked in the mirror.

In my teens and early 20s I struggled with eating disorders; anorexia and bulimia and had my first experience of anxiety. So I went on my own self-development journey to understand my mind. I studied NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and achieved my Mental Health First Aider qualification.

My purpose, through my own struggles, was revealed to me. I needed to help individuals to understand themselves, their minds, to lead a life that is enriched and beautiful for them. A life free of struggles and trying to conform to societal norms and expectations.

I went on to study my Masters in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London to give me the knowledge I needed to help others. As we know, life is a contact sport and we are going to get hit at times however, if we have the tools in our toolkits ready for these moments, the hit won't knock us down.
Since 2018 I have coached people around the world to understand their minds so that they can be the masters of their lives. Neurodivergency is very prominent in my family which is what led me to specialise in this area. I am an advocate for neurodiversity and neuroinclusion.

I also work on improving mental health & neurodiversity in the workplace and educational institutions by offering services to ensure employees and students needs are supported.

SERVICES
I am a mental health and neurodiversity coach & advocate. I believe that we are all uniquely beautiful with our individual strengths & purpose. I am on a mission to help as many people as I can around the world to live a healthier & happier life & to make the world a more accepting and kind place to live.
The mind & body connection means that what we experience in our mind can show up as physical symptoms impacting our physical health & vice versa; pain & discomfort that we may experience in our body can negatively impact our mental health. It is extremely important to be proactive with your physical health & not live in pain.
22% of Autistic adults are in any kind of employment, ADHD impacts the workforce in that 1 out of 3 persons diagnosed with ADHD is jobless at any time.
The Bright Centre provides leadership training to Management to be able to better support their staff. This includes training on mental health & neurodiversity using a strength-based approach to provide Management the tools to enable their staff to prosper..
Whilst 15% of the population are diagnosed as neurodivergent, millions remain undiagnosed for various reasons. The education system and curriculum is largely based on neurotypical expectations of what best enables people to learn. These assumptions do not necessarily apply to neurodivergent young people. The Bright Centre provides training to teachers and school staff as well as additional services to be able to better understand and support their students.
Male Coaching Client, Online
“Tanya engages in a way that is personal to you, approachable, at your pace and caters for your needs, ensuring maximum use of productive time and not just using up the clock in session. Tasking you with homework, exercises and self reflection, not only to help you understand yourself better, but also to help you live a better more positive life, reducing any 'baggage'. There is definitely no hard sell, just a package for 'you'. You just need to be open and honest with yourself and allow yourself to be helped."
Vanessa Green, Acupuncture Client
"I had the worst neck pain and was almost completely immobile but after one acupuncture treatment with Tanya, the pain dramatically reduced and my mobility improved. Within 48 hours the pain was completely gone. I am honestly not a fan of acupuncture but this has really changed the way I feel about it. Thanks Tan."
Lorraine Bailey, Corporate Mental Health
"We invited Tanya Bright from the Bright Centre to hold a coaching clinic. The results based on tangible data were extremely positive – morale improved; sickness went to an all time low and we had zero leavers across the same period of time.
I would highly recommend her."

Michelle Breslin, Neurodiversity In Schools
"I attended the 6 week online course exploring neurodiversity. It was extremely informative with supporting current data and evidence.
Tanya is very approachable and taught me many strategies to implement for particular scenarios.
I received great insight into Autism and ADHD, information that will be of benefit to me personally and professionally.
I highly recommend this course. Tanya delivers it in an easy to understand way and always injects enthusiasm and joy in all her tutorials."
