ACUPUNCTURE

MASSAGE
You can choose from a Swedish massage (relaxation) or a Sports massage (deeper pressure into the muscles). You can make either of these an Aromatherapy massage which includes using beautiful essential oils.
Swedish massage provides a relaxing massage which will help to relieve stress, encourage relaxation and lightly removes tension in the muscles.

Sports massage is for everyone (despite the name, you do NOT have to be involved with sports). This style of massage is a deeper massage which helps to relieve tension that is deep within the muscle tissue.

MICRONEEDLING
