Understanding Emotional Dysregulation: Learn the basics of emotional dysregulation, particularly how it affects neurodivergent individuals differently.

Recognising Triggers and Patterns: Gain tools to help identify specific triggers or patterns that can lead to emotional dysregulation in neurodiverse people.

Building Emotional Awareness: Understand and build emotional awareness in yourself or others, which can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent people.

Tools for Self-Regulation: Learn strategies for self-regulation, such as breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and sensory aids tailored to neurodivergent needs.
