Service Description

Sports massage works deep into the muscle tissue to relieve tension. It is beneficial as a preventative measure and to speed up the healing process after an injury. All of our clients are assessed at the beginning of every treatment to help identify the source of the problem which then determines the treatment that will be given. All treatments and treatment plans are bespoke to our clients so that they are as effective as possible. Sports massage is for everyone, not just athletes or individuals who carry out physical activity.
